Are you a foodie? Do you love digital media? Is it your dream to combine the two? If so, this is the job for you! Market of Choice seeks a Digital Media Manager to join our enthusiastic team of creative professionals. Market of Choice is an independent, family-owned grocery store chain consisting of 11 stores, all located in Oregon. As the food industry evolves and our company makes strategic strides, this job will play a key role in the creative direction of Market of Choice going forward.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of current trends in social media content, management tools and channels relevant to food, beverage and lifestyle across diverse user demographics. They will also have experience in deep-dive analytics and adapting the information to short-term and long-term planning, adapting content as necessary and maintaining measurable success.

The position requires the ability to coordinate and collaborate internally with several co-workers in other departments. Candidates must have strong communication skills and have the ability to manage projects from conception to completion as well as think creatively under tight deadlines. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Duties:

  • Creating and curating shareable content
  • Determining which platform is best suited for each piece of content
  • Building and managing social media profiles and presence
  • Directing paid search and social campaigns and analyzing performance
  • Developing and tracking results of promotional emails
  • Managing membership app content
  • Maintaining brand consistency across platforms
  • Assessing SEO configurations
  • Monitoring and reporting on analytics and needed impact on business goals and outcomes
  • Managing the digital budget
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in social media management with a proven track record and success building audiences and engagement
  • Experience in deep-dive analytics and adapting the information to short and long term planning, adapting content as necessary and maintaining measurable success

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors in marketing, communications, and/or advertising
